1. Operator and services
Legaliz Mallorca is the trading name of MOVIMENT ARQUITECTURA S.L.U., Spanish tax number B23985328, with registered office at calle Cala Sant Vicenç, 6, 07470 Pollença, Illes Balears, Spain. Contact: info@legalizmallorca.com. Registered with the Commercial Registry of Palma de Mallorca, section 8, sheet PM105409, entry 1, dated 3 December 2025.
The company coordinates and intermediates architectural services provided by qualified professionals. Technical lead reference: architect, professional qualification awarded in Spain, Col·legi Oficial d’Arquitectes de les Illes Balears (COAIB), membership number 821330, listed in the COAIB directory. Practice is subject to the applicable professional rules and the Architects’ Code of Conduct, available in the COAIB professional conduct documentation. The proposal will identify the professionals assigned to the commission.
This website provides information about assessing and applying for the legalisation of buildings on rural land in Mallorca. Sending the form does not commission a service, start a municipal application or guarantee feasibility or a favourable decision. Scope, fees and terms are agreed in a later proposal.
2. Privacy

Data and purpose: we process contact details, property location, building information and documents you provide to assess your enquiry, clarify details and prepare a possible proposal. Do not send identity documents, bank details or unrelated records. When acting for another person, you must have a lawful basis to provide their data and inform them of this processing.
Legal basis: steps taken at the data subject’s request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). If you commission services, necessary processing also relies on the contract and applicable legal obligations. This enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising.
Access and review: enquiries are received through Hostinger forms and email and reviewed by the responsible professional or authorised team under confidentiality duties. Data collection, validation and organisation features provide support. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal effects or automatically guarantee legalisation. If external analysis tools are introduced, we will update the relevant information before using them with these data.
Retention: we keep data while necessary to handle an active enquiry, clarify information or prepare a requested proposal. We review enquiries periodically, at least quarterly. If you withdraw, the enquiry is closed or its purpose no longer applies, we will delete or anonymise data no longer needed. If you commission a service, we retain the necessary records during the professional relationship and applicable statutory periods. Where an obligation or liability requires retention, records will be blocked or access restricted to that purpose, without commercial use, until the relevant period expires. You may request erasure at any time; we will explain any applicable legal exceptions.
Recipients and hosting: we use Hostinger for hosting, forms and email, with access by the authorised team and necessary technical providers. Other professionals or public authorities receive only data necessary for the commission, its authorised preparation or a legal obligation. We do not sell data. Hostinger may use subprocessors and processing outside the European Economic Area. Its data processing addendum identifies subprocessors and provides for standard contractual clauses for transfers to countries without an adequacy decision, where applicable. You may request information on safeguards through our privacy email address.
Rights: you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable at info@legalizmallorca.com. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
3. Cookies and external services
Necessary cookies support the website and remember your choices. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are activated only with your consent. The banner lets you accept, reject optional cookies or choose categories. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw consent for the future. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent a property enquiry.
Necessary: cccookie (this website, CookieConsent through Hostinger) remembers your consent choices for about 6 months. _cf_bm (Cloudflare, on zyrosite.com) protects hosted resources from automated attacks and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. _cfuvid (Cloudflare, on pexels.com) supports security and access control; it is a session cookie.
Platform analytics, optional: AMP_* (Hostinger/Amplitude) associates technical usage events with a browser to analyse the website platform; up to 1 year. Short-lived AMP_TEST_* or AMP_TLDTEST_* cookies check cookie functionality and are then removed.
Advertising, optional: The Google Ads tag integration (Google Ireland Limited) supports campaign measurement. It may store first-party advertising attribution cookies on this domain, including identifiers associated with ad clicks, generally for up to 90 days. Other Google identifiers depend on your settings and interactions; see Google’s cookie inventory.
Images and technical resources are supplied through providers including Hostinger/zyrosite.com and Pexels. Retrieving them transmits necessary connection data such as your IP address. The cookies present depend on consent, browser and navigation. You can also delete or block stored cookies in your browser. Information on international data transfers appears in the Privacy section and in the policies of Hostinger, Amplitude and Google.
4. Content and conditions
Legal information is general and may change. Each property needs an individual assessment under current law and municipal requirements. Text, branding and graphic resources belong to their respective rights holders. Official links support further reading and do not imply endorsement of our services by an authority.
Spanish law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction determined by applicable law.
